8ton Mobile Yard Ramps for Container Loading

Portable dock levelers is the special auxiliary equipment used for loading and unloading of goods. Its height can be adjusted with the different heights of lorries. Some transport vehicles like forks can directly move into the wagon box with goods in using it, and only need one person operating.

Besides the strong performance ramp frame, we designed the truss structure guardrails for stress disperse. By the way, electric control for this mobile dock ramp is also optional for your choice.

Adjusting bar
It's one hydraulic pump handle, to adjust height of loading ramp. One worker can easily lift up the ramp up to the bottom surface of container or truck.  DC power for option.

Wheel block
To stabilize the wheels in case the ramp begins to move while working. Guaranteed forklift and worker move safely on ramp.

Traction device
It joints truck or trailer to move ramp to different workplaces, convenient and flexible. 

Operation process
1. Fasten the return valve and press the handle to move the ramp over the truck soleplate. Unfold the landing legs to working height.
2. Drive the car under the plate.
3. Release the return valve, and the ramp will fall down onto the afterbody of the truck, then fasten the ramp and the truck with the chain.  The hydraulic system and the tires of ramp do not carry the weight.
4. Operating starts.
5.When the operation finishes, untie the fixing chains. Lifting the ramp by the handle stick, and then drive out the truck.
6. Uplifting the afterbody of the ramp to move around hang on the truck.
